Service Maintenance Plans

As a part of our lifetime warranty, we offer a free 10-week follow up visit for all paver patios installed by Virginia Beach Patios. While pavers are the most low maintenance and long lasting option for any backyard, your patio still requires some love and attention every now and then. We offer one time maintenance visits, bi-yearly, once seasonally, and monthly packages. A one time maintenance visit includes a hardscape clean, polymeric touch up and removing any weeds, mold, or mildew that may have developed.

Having a maintenance package ensures your outdoor space is always ready to be enjoyed. Don't forget to add fire wood delivery in the fall and a kitchen clean for spring time grilling.

Spring/Fall Package

Our popular spring and fall package includes a maintenance visit twice a year at the beginning of Spring and Fall. If lighting package was included, lights are also switched for daylight savings.

All Seasons Package

Take your patio care up a notch with a maintenance visit at the beginning of each season. If you have a lighting package, your lights will be changed for daylight savings. Don't forget to add firewood delivery in the fall.

Monthly Package

This package is the ultimate maintenance free outdoor living solution. Includes a maintenance visit each month. If lighting package was included, lights are switched for daylight savings.

Hardscape Seal

Your pavers are a big investment so it's wise to protect your hardscape area. We offer sealing with a variety of eco-friendly protectors specially designed to protect and enhance the color of porous concrete pavers and natural stone.

Outdoor Kitchen Clean

Outdoor kitchen clean includes a deep clean of all kitchen appliances including grill, drawers, trash, etc. All cleans include a stainless steel polish.
