Service Description
This is to schedule the date that an approved warranty claim is worked on. The date booked will be the date that we start actual work onsite. If a claim will take multiple visits to correct, our team will discuss the schedule for any additional visits. ✅ What’s Covered? Defects in workmanship or materials for Virginia Beach Patios-installed projects Manufacturer warranties facilitated on covered materials and appliances On-site minor adjustments and repairs when possible 🚫 What’s Not Covered? Damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications Normal wear and tear, environmental damage (acid rain, pest activity, etc.) Issues with client-provided materials (Virginia Beach Patios does not warranty these items) Please Note: This service is exclusively for customers with an approved warranty claim. If your claim has not yet been approved, please contact us before scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Virginia Beach Patios Warranty Service Policy At Virginia Beach Patios, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to ensuring your outdoor space meets our high standards. Our warranty service visits are designed to address necessary adjustments and fulfill outstanding items from the original contract. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review the following policy. 1. Scheduling & Confirmation Warranty service visits must be scheduled by the client using our online booking system. A link will be provided to select an available date and time. Once scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent with details of the service appointment. Clients must ensure that the work area is accessible on the scheduled date (e.g., gates unlocked, pets secured). 2. Pre-Service Site Visit & Assessment Prior to the scheduled warranty service, we may conduct a brief site visit to assess existing conditions and confirm the necessary scope of work. If applicable, we may provide recommendations for additional enhancements, along with a separate proposal for review. 3. Scope of Warranty Service Warranty service visits cover work outlined in the original contract and address issues that fall within the warranty terms. Any additional services, upgrades, or modifications beyond the original agreement will require separate approval and may be billed accordingly. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule their service visit up to 48 hours before the appointment via the booking link or by contacting our team. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a delay in rebooking due to service availability. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients should communicate any specific concerns in advance to ensure they are addressed during the scheduled visit. Clear access to the service area is required to allow our team to complete the necessary work efficiently. If additional work outside the warranty scope is identified, a separate proposal will be provided for approval.
