Our Fresh Finish Surface Cleaning service is designed for homeowners who want to refresh and revitalize their outdoor spaces without investing in sealing or joint restoration. This standalone service is perfect for occasional deep cleaning or seasonal touch-ups to keep your hardscapes looking sharp and stain-free.
 
Scope of Work: Fresh Finish Surface Cleaning
High-pressure cleaning of hardscape areas, including patios, walkways, driveways, pool decks, and outdoor kitchens to remove:
Dirt and organic buildup
Surface stains (including mild food and beverage stains)
Moss, algae, and mildew
Debris and fine dust embedded in textured surfaces
Surface Condition Review
While no sealing or joint replenishment is included, we’ll visually assess the area and provide feedback if we notice:
Failing joint sand
Cracks or settling
Areas needing sealing or additional protection
Rinse Down & Cleanup
Final rinse of the surface and work area for a polished result. All debris is rinsed to proper drainage zones or removed.

This service does not include joint sand touch-up or sealer application.
