Some decisions are best made in person. Our Design Center at 1253 Jensen Drive, Virginia Beach brings you into the heart of our operation. Explore live-scale displays of louvered pergola systems, outdoor kitchen configurations, paver collections, and premium finish materials — then sit down with our design team to begin translating your vision into a buildable plan. What the experience includes: — Hands-on access to paver, stone, composite, and hardwood samples — Live demonstration of Azenco bioclimatic louvered pergola systems — Outdoor kitchen display with appliance and cabinetry selections — 3D design review and project scoping with our design professionals — Investment range discussion and phasing options The Design Center Consultation is the preferred starting point for clients planning larger or multi-phase projects. Most of our $100,000+ outdoor environments begin here. Complimentary. No commitment required. Available Monday through Friday at our Virginia Beach showroom.
Cancellation Policy
1. Types of Consultations Virtual Consultation Conducted via video conference or phone call. Ideal for clients outside our immediate service area or those seeking an initial overview before scheduling an in-person appointment. Design Center Consultation Held at our Design Center (address and/or location details). Offers hands-on access to material samples, design boards, and direct interaction with our design team. On-Site Consultation Conducted at the client’s location. Allows our team to evaluate existing conditions, take measurements, and discuss specific project details in person. 2. Scheduling and Availability Online Booking Form: All consultation requests should be made through our online booking portal or website form. Confirmation: Once you submit your request, our team will confirm availability and send an email or text message with the final appointment details. Lead Times: Please allow up to 24–48 hours for us to respond to your request. 3. Consultation Fees Complimentary or Paid: At this time all consultations are free. We reserve the right to change this in the future. Paid Consultations: If there is a fee, it will be clearly communicated at the time of booking, along with any deposit requirements. 4. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Cancellation: We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. 5. On-Site Guidelines Access: Please ensure our team can safely access the property for on-site evaluations. Safety Measures: For everyone’s safety, we may require pets to be secured and any hazards to be disclosed in advance. Inclement Weather: In the case of extreme weather conditions, we may reschedule on-site consultations to protect both your property and our team
