The Azenco R-Shade solid roof structure anchors an outdoor kitchen and bar configuration with direct sightlines to the pool and bay beyond. Travertine pavers run continuously from the structure to the water's edge, unifying the covered and open zones into a single resort-style environment.

The kitchen is built for serious use — professional-grade appliances, integrated storage, and a bar rail with seating that orients guests toward both the cook and the water view. A modern gas fire feature defines the lounge zone at the far end of the deck, while motorized privacy screens provide wind protection and enclosure when needed.
