This Maidens, Virginia project represents one of the most comprehensive outdoor environments Virginia Beach Patios has delivered — a fully integrated resort-style space developed in collaboration with Water & Earth Landscape Design and Ultimate Pools.

The site centers on a custom LED-lit pool with sheer descent waterfalls and an adjoining spa, surrounded by large-format concrete pavers with decorative inlays. A custom wooden pergola anchors the fire feature lounge, with string lighting creating ambiance for evening use. The outdoor kitchen is built around Station Grill cabinetry and includes a built-in smoker, refrigerator, and premium grill with a covered bar dining area.

A full-size sport court with in-ground lighting extends usability well into the evening. The multi-level retaining wall system and modern archway entrance establish strong architectural geometry before you reach the main living areas. Pathway and uplighting throughout complete the nighttime environment.

Every scope — pool, hardscape, structure, kitchen, sport court, lighting, and landscape — was coordinated by Virginia Beach Patios as a unified site plan rather than assembled from independent trades.
