This is where scope gets locked. Materials, dimensions, and system selections are confirmed before any construction pricing is finalized.

Stage 3: Design Approval & Construction Contract

Once the design is approved, confirmed selections are translated directly into the construction contract. There are no assumptions, no TBD at installation items, and no surprises. Stage 4: Construction & Project Management

Construction is managed by our team from permit application through final walkthrough. The jobsite is maintained to portfolio standards throughout construction.

Stage 5: Completion, System Education & Long-Term Partnership

At completion, we conduct a thorough system walkthrough covering every appliance, lighting system, shade structure control, pool equipment, and irrigation zone.
