Service Description
The most comprehensive one-time maintenance service we offer for paver surfaces. This package combines deep surface cleaning, polymeric joint sand restoration, and professional-grade sealer application into a single managed project. The result is a hardscape surface that looks, performs, and protects like it did at installation. This service requires two to three separate site visits. Surfaces must be fully dry before joint sand and sealer application — rushing this process produces failures that require correction at additional cost. We schedule accordingly. What the package includes: — Pressure wash and deep clean of all paver surfaces — Removal of organic growth, efflorescence, mold, and staining — Polymeric joint sand refill and compaction — Joint stabilization and surface preparation — Professional sealer application (penetrating or film-forming based on paver type) — Final inspection and client walkthrough Available to past Virginia Beach Patios clients and to homeowners with hardscapes installed by other contractors throughout Hampton Roads. Cancellation Policy
At VB Patios, we strive to provide top-tier maintenance services to ensure your outdoor space remains as stunning and functional as the day it was completed. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we’ve established the following policy for booking maintenance packages through our website. Booking Process Online Submission: Maintenance packages can be booked directly through our website at www.virginiabeachpatios.com. Complete the online form with your contact details, project address, and package selection. Confirmation: Once your booking is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. A representative will contact you to confirm the details, schedule a service date, and provide any additional instructions. Payment: Payment for maintenance packages must be completed at the time of booking to secure your service appointment. Payments are accepted via secure methods as listed on the website. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date without a fee. To reschedule, contact our office at (757) 305-4000 or reply to your confirmation email. Service Terms Scope of Work: Maintenance packages include the services outlined in the package description on the website. Any additional requests or services outside the selected package may require additional charges and must be discussed prior to the appointment. Access Requirements: The client must ensure clear and safe access to the maintenance area. If access is restricted or unsafe upon arrival, the service may be rescheduled, and a $50 rescheduling fee may apply. Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, VB Patios reserves the right to reschedule services for safety and quality purposes. Clients will be notified promptly to arrange a new service date. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations or overpayments will be processed within 7-10 business days. If a service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
